Terms and Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
By booking and receiving our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Introduction
Welcome to Boost IV Infusions ("we", "us", "our"). By booking or using our mobile intravenous (IV) infusion services, you ("you", "the client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our services across our service areas, including any consultations, treatments, or follow-up communications.
Our services are delivered by AHPRA registered health professionals in a private setting of your choosing, such as a residence, office, hotel, or private event.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to consent to receive treatment. Clients under 18 years of age require parental or guardian consent.
2.2 By booking, you confirm that you are booking in relation to general wellness support, or a specific condition (e.g. iron deficiency) as applicable, and that you will fully and accurately disclose all relevant medical information prior to treatment.
2.3 All treatments are subject to clinical assessment and practitioner approval prior to administration. Our professionals reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment where it is not considered clinically appropriate or safe to proceed.
3. Medical Disclaimer
3.1 Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and no such claims are made. Always consult with your general practitioner or another appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns.
3.2 Our services are provided by AHPRA registered health professionals. While every reasonable care is taken, no guarantee can be given regarding the outcome of any treatment, and treatment carries inherent risk, as with any clinical intervention.
3.3 Our services may not be suitable for individuals with certain health conditions. You are responsible for fully and honestly disclosing your relevant medical history during consultation, as this information directly informs the clinical assessment made prior to treatment.
4. Booking, Rescheduling, Cancellations and No-Shows
4.1 Appointments can be booked via our website, phone, or email. All appointments are subject to availability and clinical suitability.
4.2 A deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
4.3 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may incur a cancellation fee, at our discretion, reflecting costs already incurred (such as travel and perishable nutrients).
4.4 Rescheduling requests must be made within a reasonable period, given the costs associated with acquiring scripts and the expiry timeframes of nutrients and prescriptions. Where this is not possible, a fee may apply at our discretion.
4.5 Where a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice ("no-show"), the full price of the scheduled service, less any deposit already paid, may be charged.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 A deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment, with the remaining balance due upon completion of your service.
5.2 We accept payment via PayID, bank transfer, credit card, and buy now pay later services. Card and buy now pay later payments incur a surcharge.
5.3 Prices displayed on our website are indicative "from" prices and may vary depending on your individual consultation, location, and any applicable surcharges. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, the price confirmed at the time of booking will always be honoured for that booking.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Due to the nature of the services provided, refunds are not offered for treatments that have been completed, except as required by the Australian Consumer Law.
6.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified.
6.3 If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns. We may, at our discretion, offer a remedy where applicable, in addition to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Privacy
7.1 Your personal and medical information is collected, used, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website, and in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
8. Health and Safety
8.1 All treatments are provided using aseptic technique and in line with best practice standards for hygiene and infection control.
8.2 We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment to anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or whose behaviour presents a safety concern to our professionals.
9. Liability
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to any consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, Boost IV Infusions and its professionals are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the provision of our services.
9.2 You acknowledge that, as with any clinical treatment, there are inherent risks associated with IV infusion and injection therapy, and that these risks have been or will be discussed with you as part of your clinical consultation prior to treatment.
9.3 Nothing in this clause is intended to, nor does it, exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Cannulation Complexities
10.1 In the unlikely event that your attending professional is unable to gain intravenous access to administer your infusion, we will offer to reschedule your appointment, with a credit of between 60% and 100% of the original service value, reflecting costs already incurred such as travel and any nutrients ordered that may perish as a result.
10.2 This credit is offered on the basis that you have followed the pre-infusion instructions provided to you via email prior to your appointment.
11. Client Responsibilities
11.1 It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information regarding your health and medical history prior to treatment.
11.2 You must follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by our professionals.
11.3 Where a service requires a doctor's prescription (such as iron infusions), it is your responsibility to obtain the prescription and purchase the prescribed medication from a pharmacy prior to your appointment. We are unable to administer treatment without the required prescribed medication present at the time of your appointment.
12. Service Area
12.1 Our mobile IV infusion services are available within Sydney, Wollongong, and the Central Coast, NSW.
12.2 Travel surcharges may apply depending on your specific location — including within Sydney, Wollongong, and the Central Coast — as well as for bookings outside these areas, which may be accommodated at our discretion.
12.3 Treatments booked outside standard business hours may incur an additional fee.
13. Complaints and Adverse Events
13.1 If you experience an adverse reaction or event following treatment, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can provide appropriate guidance and support.
13.2 If you wish to raise a complaint or concern regarding the clinical care provided, please contact us directly in the first instance so that we may work with you to resolve the matter.
13.3 If a concern cannot be resolved directly with us, or relates to the professional conduct of an AHPRA registered practitioner, you may lodge a complaint with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or, if the matter relates to services provided in NSW, the NSW Health Care Complaints Commission (HCCC).
14. Changes to These Terms
14.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect once posted on our website.
14.2 Continued use of our services following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. General
15.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
15.2 These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Boost IV Infusions in relation to the services provided.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
